It's not a film that I have seen. However, if I had to guess I would say The Odd Couple (I want to get hold of a copy actually). I'm sure I saw those outfits on a trailer of it somewhere. I could be wrong.

In the trailer on the Hong Kong Legends Dvd's it shows one fight without weapons. I think the clip is from that scene.
