I like what this video displayed better than the original. I'm a fan of calling out equipment, spells, items, and especially the shouts. However, the actual movement and combat skills seem tough to control, yet. Maybe it takes practice, but I know for sure I couldn't handle using a bow in combat, or running around with a sword, as shown in the original video. But the A+ on the voice recognition, I'd certainly like that for the PC version.

Has Bethesda or Microsoft hired you yet? Kinect on the PC with Skyrim, Dead Isalnd, and Bulletstorm, based on your videos, absolutely shits on anything that Kinect can do with the Xbox 360. I think Dead Space 2 and Alan Wake would be perfect using Kinect.

@SGTFLEXXX You can set faast to only use your upper body. It's limited but if you combine it with keyboard/ mouse or a controller like the wiimote for movement, then that makes up for it.. Look into glovepie (free) and pinnacle (not free) for wiimote integration. There is a new kinect for windows with near mode (about 1.5 feet?) that's sold on amazon and the Microsoft store. $250

this is nice and all.. but i don't see this getting incorporated... 1 u have to stand so you have to be at least 6 feet away... 2 it doesn't seem to be accurate, 3 i understand that its still in working but the input lag is just so much... i don't think it would change if Bethesda incorporated it, because skyrim is such a complicated game

@WereOwningLife I see most of the lag coming from the voice commands in my opinion and idk what your saying about accurate it seems really accurate.On the skyrim being a complicated game the real issue is getting it to work on consoles and getting the controls to be as good as his. Skyrim is already done all they would have to do is set certain gestures to certain moves like its done here the gestures are the hard part menus aren't even an issue with voice commands.

@finalform11 I meant accuracy in terms of aim, though the accuracy of gesture detection is perfectly fine. As for the voice commands, to be honest, its seems to be to much of a complication on my terms. I like the idea of changing the armor and weapons, that in my opinion is amazing, but navigating the menu can be done on a controller in seconds where as the voice command takes time to analyze, making it a little less immersive. The voice also would make talking to people a bit more intuitive,

@finalform11 Whether its swiping across the screen or actually reading those lines out would be cool, but it would have to be applied to every guard, every citizen, and so on. I'll return to aim now. If your slashing away at an enemy, or walking across a rickety bridge you need maximum control, on kinect every movement counts. if you lean forward or move your leg because your tired or etc, it could cause bad consequences. Though this video shows the powers of kinect, it also shows weaknesses

@WereOwningLife This video already shows he has maximum control notice how hes able to basically do everything we can do with a controller.On voice controls the main thing that about that would be the large amount of quests there would be a lot of different things to say but in the video hes already come up with a solution for that by saying 3 down or third option it would just go the one you want to say and just say speak same with pausing you can always take a break so that's not even an issue
