The $2 mill. is incentive driven...meaning he will have to earn it...if he can stay on the field long enough! Just double checked status of the $2 million. That's what is being asked for; there is no signed contract. They just signed Rhodes for $605,000, Hart will definately fall short of that. He may be lucky to get much more than the NFL basic rookie contract with the incentives offered.
