@gentjt38 youre correct. kind of. in the book the book it never says it outright but its implied. dennis is reading an article a few years later in the epilogue about a crazy driver in a 4 door plymouth fury(the book car was a 4 door) running through a theater ticket booth in LA and killing one of the guys he knew in school.... its my favorite part of that book

I would not do a remake or a part 2. I would do like Lucas did with Star Wars. Rerelease it with all deleted scenes. Original is perfect. Car,music actors everything.

Plus, making a part 2 of Christine would probably bomb anyways considering the length of time from the movie was released (1983) to now.

the best way to do a re make the film is to have her melted down because she was crush.
