i had that song on my cd! is called kraftwerk the mix 1991 found in first time cassett version so i got first tape long time ago but later cassett tape itself is broken so later i found online for order a brand new cd i got the mix and eletric cafe 2 cd ordered in 2001 so now i still have my own collections!

@jinxfink, have a look at the electronic-post-punk band NEW ORDER, and especially their mix, there was obviously a cross inspiration. Kraftwerk inspired everybody in electronic music and all the great electrtonic bands later inspired Krafwerk for their mix. That 's what I was trying to say.
