There not wilting there folding! & Another thing what does it mean when tha plant loses nutrients & water fast? Like 1s I water her it goes straight out???
@buDDdiE420 my water usually only flows right out when it already has enough water in it . The dirt is already holding all the moisture it can so whatever you pour in just flows out immediately . You should pick up your pot to see if it needs water . If its heavy your good if its really light add water .
Buy 26 watt (= to 100 wattrregular bulbs ) curly cfls...., the 26 watt curly bulbs are what u want , use 4 to 6 for a 2 ft plant , keep close to leaves , buy daylight type bulbs to grow leaves then put in soft white type bulbs to make buds and flower , enjoy yur buds brau .
I have 5 Auto AK's and 5 Lowryder 2's in a box that's 2.75'x1' so 2.75sq/ft. I have 2 65watt and 5 26watt CFLs for a total of 312watts, at 113watts per sq/ft. The last harvest of 5 LR2 using this set up gave me just shy of 120g. I'd like to do 1 regular plant but, I'm limited in height at only 24" from the bulbs. But, CFL's aren't slackin, they can grow good bud, sometimes the crystal content is much higher, making up for the density.
@ICUH8N505 Just keep it out of direct hps light for a week or so. Or put the hps fairly high above the plant if possible, say 4 feet for a 400w or you could stick it under it for an hour or 2 every day for a week gradually increasing the hrs it's under the light and by the end of the week it should fine and can be kept there.
@SirSly420 thanks man I now know why my plants are too tall, not enough bulbs. Oh and for a balanced spectrum try getting some 100 watt full spectrum bulbs they are great. And is it normal for clones to wilt when first taken?
@CreatorCade are spraying the leafs of your clones with water ? That's the only way they can drink until they get roots .you wanna mist them at least 3 times a day .
@mike300406 just so you know the bulbs aren't literally blue . They just give off a blue spectrum . They label them as "bright whites " which will also be labeled 6500kelvin on the box somewhere you'll use these for veg . Soft white bulbs give off a red spectrum which is good for flower (2700kelvin) .
@hooverworld28 You can by sockets with hoods at homedepot, just make sure they're ceramic sockets, it your using the 300w bulbs for safety reasons. Not postin vids on Youtube, but trust me things are going well!! PEACE
@SLINGSHOTandMOLOTOWS LOL ! Look at my video "wanna grow frosty dense cannabis with cfls " check the video its the nugs from this plant that you say " are like cottonballs" and theyre rock hard buds .
@SirSly420 What if you were to have some cfls at the lower end of the plant? any point to this or does the rest of the bud compensate after you have lollypopped?
@examinationboard side lighting is always good but I'd still lollipop , the plant usually doubles in size the first few weeks of flower so side lighting will still be beneficial .
@SLINGSHOTandMOLOTOWS There's always at least one jerk-off imbecile like you that leaves a shit comment like that. And those "cotton balls" aren't even that old you dumb fuck.
id say they are fairly stretched for the best results ever usin cfls down load see more buds book 12/12 after 2 to 3 weeks will produce small compact plants weighing 2 to 3 ounce dry them plants to big to see decent results wit cfl they cud not proper penitrate the canopy. how much did u yield from each plant?
I'm pretty sure most evolutionists believe that the cannabis developed its resin glands/trichomes to help protect its seeds from the sun's deadly UV rays and fend off predators of course. So the more UV they get the more resinous they should be, that's why some of the best strains are still grown outdoors. So far so good, and thanks for the tip on the cal/mag I always just used Epsom salt with crushed egg shells. I also heard using Dolomite lime in the soil mix will slow release the calcium.
@SirSly420 is it the lumens that makes a plant grow hella good? i always thought it was wattage lol.. but my 4 bulb 4 ft t5 system has 20k lumens in it. 216 watt output
@xMasterKush old school incadescent lights range from 40watts- 100+ and they may be bright but they produce more heat , the key is finding a bulb that produces high lumens with less heat and less energy consumption and making sure its the light spectrum best suited to your growing needs . The setup you have seems fine , eventually I want to add side lighting to my grow to help with bud production . Peace n pot
@xMasterKush its a combination of factors for quick and dense bud formations. lumens just refers to the intensity of the light being put out, and watts is just the amout of power used in order to put out that particular lumens rating. so yes the more lumens the better, because that means a greater intensity of light being directed to your plants, however you must make sure that the spectrum of light being produced in those lumens, falls within spec for either veg or flower. rewatch video again
Respond to this video... @sirsly420: hey man, things are looking good!, only advice i could throw your way would be to add some more of them cfl's down around the bottom to help increase the size of them popcorn nugs... when using cfls, it helps ALLOT to add additional lighting on sides and bottom of plant to help compliment the lights up above the plant. you will see a nice improvement in bud development at bottom and center of plant.
when is the best time to use calmag? and how much of it do you use??

@SirSly420 it got some other Stuff in it, not just the quecksilver.
The Phenol vapes out if the lamp ON
Its not harmful but phenol its in cigarettes too.
