@Feld0 Maybe not better, but it looks like it will be right on par with them (though obviously the story of this game already looks better than a mario game).
MARTIN "WIZBALL" GALWAY IS THE AUDIO DIRECTOR?! Here's hoping that he contributes a couple of pieces in addition to Jim Dooley's work. It would be awesome to hear a SID interpretation of the music while in the Tron level, for instance.
...How? How is there any influence? I'm pretty sure this game- as well as most of JP studios- want to distance themselves as far away as possible from Kingdom Hearts. Just because it's Disney, and a video game doesn't make it Kingdom Hearts.
@lorddoomsniper no!! please stop with the kingdom hearts stuff!. disney was doing that for ages/ before kingdom hearts was even thought of. please stop being a noob and learn more about REAL disney and not some kingdom hearts.
@lorddoomsniper Uhm...Kingdom Hearts isn't the first game where there were lots of Disney films appearing...it was just the most popular so its not like Disney copied off them or anything -_-
@lorddoomsniper Did you know in one of the interviews with Warren Spector, he said that even though he played the Kingdom Hearts games, he stated there was absolutely no influence drawn from that since KH never really played around with the Disney characters much like Warren Spector is doing, and boy, he is doing a fine job of it cause he is a major retro-Disney Fan.
This game was entirely done in order to bring back Mickey and Oswald to fame I believe.
@GuiltlessGear Alan Menken has nothing to do with the game nor the music even though he does AMAZING music. You could say he is the current Disney sound, but his has a more Fairy Tale ring to it, gives off an airy, sparkly fantasy and emulates a musical. The composer for Epic Mickey, James Dooley is brilliant, making the music which emulates the old Disney sound; Cartoonish, whimsical, giddy, nostalgic, light, and strong with a tinge of heroism and character in the music here.

There's no way the music in this can possibly be better than either of the Super Mario Galaxy games...is there?

Aww I wish that I had a Wii. They should release this on PS3 and maybe Xbox 360 if it becomes quite successful.

Music is pretty important in all video games as far as I know. I hope this video game will have catchy, mesmerizing, and memorable tunes in it.

What is the Disney sound? Uhh I dunno, Alan Menken?
The guy they got sounds pretty boss though. Wonder why they don't show him in the video?
