I know another way to get this achievement:

Campaign 2: Level 1 OR 2

Get a Molotov, and save it.

Campaign 2: Level 2:

Near the floodgates, there is either a Tank or a Witch. You are more likely to get a Witch. The witch, if there, will be under the bridge that you have to cross to get to the floodgate switch. Throw the Molotov at the stairs and shoot the witch, OR throw the Molotov directly at the witch. No matter what, you will still get the achievement.
