No it really doesnt. You cant buy the best weapons and armor, they have to be found. And most of their effectiveness comes from your skill, not the item itself. Ditto magic. In fact you cant even use most spells until your skill level reaches 25, 50 or 75. And most are too expensive to cast until you get your skill up anyways. Also theres a limited amount of potions to purchase so you will never be able to go buck-wild on healing and poisoning.

You can still exploit glitches on xbox.. a friend of mine use to dupe items and sell them and even found one where you mount a horse sell a weapon being weilded and you kept it, so you could constantly sell it, he had millions.. just cause your on xbox dosen't mean you can't cheat/glitch

ok people they patched this but u can just delete the patch then redownload the patch this works for ps3, xbox 360 and PC. this works better if first u bribe him for he hands out more money when u loot him also u can paralyis him, this means u can get ur money and he isnt dead so once ur out u can get more :) hope that clears up some questions

I´ve played this insane game ever since it hit the stores, I made a new char and didn´t use the money cheat, very refreshing I must say. It makes the game seem more real.

(I prefer high elf mages, apprentice birthsign and enchanting daedric armor (all of it) with transcendent sigil stones that give you 50+ magicka, just saying :D )

@BowlingVeteran220 but the updates give me more graphics and have lag stop and im afraid if i do un-update it will remove the good graphics and i have a better way :3 its the dupe glitch go to the imperial city market district find someone selling scrolls buy like 3 of one type of scroll and 2 of the other then go into inventory and double tap (click) the 3 scrolls then remove the 2 type scrolls from ur inventory u get like 4 of those scrolls repeat until you have a ton then sell them :3

Guys, this did work. This was fixed in one of the patchs (can't remember which one) so if you want to do it you'll have to delete it first. I remember me and my friend did this all the time when we started new oblivion accounts, but if you want money now I'm afraid you'll have to play legit or do duplication glitches or something.

Best thing to do for money is to just do this glitch until you can afford Apotheosis, then duplicate it and sell it. Also gets your mercantile up, which is beneficial to game play later on after dungeon diving. If you can get to the testing hall, there is a merchant there who has 65k gold, so you can sell in big lumps for easy cash. If not, boost mercantile and invest in the merchant and get more money per transaction.
