Clifford Stone is definitely not insane. He's had quite a distinguished military career and the fact that he is on this council and comes across as very well spoken implies that he is a man of high intelligence. Honestly I'm not sure what to make of him. The entire UFO disclosure project could very well be an exercise in CIA disinformation. Then again it could be exactly what it seems to be. Stone's story about asteroid VG 1991 being an alien probe checks out so far, so I'd keep an open mind.

So far the consensus is that alien life could take any form imaginable...basically, there is no limiting factor on what the appearance of an ET lifeform may be except the environmental factors in which it evolved. Therefore any of the aliens reported as of 2009 may be real lifeforms, we simply do not know.
