I know this comment is 6 months old, but I thought I'd explain. It's sorta a japanese tradition where a girl gives the guy she likes chocolate on Valentine's Day (White day). I think that girl wanted to give her crush some choco Pocky to show that she likes him, but she's so nervous, her beating heart knocked him out, lol. At the end, her face is like "Oh no!"
