i think it is not ideal to keep those type of fishes in a gravel and ug filter equipped tank cause the chances of parasite attack is exceedingly high in case you dont have a efficient external filter system.

Waaay to many fish in there bud. Dont be a noob, like 1 parrot and an adult FH is about max for that tank.

Unfortunately, my FH is dead now. He busted the forehead and got infection. I buried him. But the rest of the parrots are doing great. Do you have any video of your FH?
