Helicopters generate lift by changing the angle of the blades..... so to fly upside down you simply move the the opposite direction.

@lemonrind sometimes I think some of those guys does it on purpose to see if they make the pilot crash... to me Bert Kammerer is one of the best pilots in earth so I think it doesnt disturb him. But I hate when people screams or yell at me or anybody while flying, for most people 3D flying is not easy... No doubt, we can find some weird people in this hobby, like this dogman...LOL

It's called a 3D helicopter, it stays up whenupside down becasue the persn n controll twists it's propelers while in 180 degree motion.
