  • its actually true when you think about it. Anyone could grieve january, but summer months..

  • haha this video is like george like rage guy and jerry trololo

  • This episode and the one before it proved that "Seinfeld" made no apologies for pushing the boundaries of good taste. The shows producers were determined to highlight just how self absorbed the main characters were

As Jerry said himself "No hugs, no lessons learnt" meaning unlike previous sitcoms where characters generally learnt something about themselves after going through an experience, he didn't want that on his show. These are indifferent people who don't care about the feelings of others

  • This storyline was completely done in bad taste. Finding humor in death has never been a good look...even for a sitcom.

  • My fav George quote: wt kind of a sick person does that

  • @nochoice2

I agree, killing Spock is eternal sin. :D

  • What? Spock died?

  • @waalkwriter He got better.

  • @waalkwriter

    False alarm.

  • Anyone else love it that George got more emotional over Spock dying than Susan???

  • @southerncajuncharm

No... I had NIGHTMARES about George being married to Susan.

What a relief when he dodged THAT bullet!

  • Two Twin Peakers in this one. Didn't realize that about the Seinfeld.

  • 3:34 - "It's a terrible tragedy, when parents outlive their children"

"I agree... I hope my parents go, long before I do"

That line just KILLS me!!! One of George's best lines! Damn, he is bad!

  • @screwyootube1

No way that was one of Jerry's..... that was PURE LD.

Jerry would have said "Why do they call it a graveyard? It seems pretty pleasant to me, not grave at all!"

  • @SovereignStatesman I wasn't referring to who wrote it, but who delivered it... (and I never said it was one of Jerry's...?)

  • @screwyootube1

    Yeah I was commenting.

  • "I meetin Mulva here in a few minutes!"

    HAHAHAHAHA!!! CLASSIC!!!!

  • @nerdtalk326

Mulva AND her friend Delores, they're inseparable!

  • There is also George yelling "WHYYYYYYYY!" and Elaine yelling "NOOOOOOOO!" while the camera rotates above them.

  • @MHMemeDoubleYourFun

there is also the "Twix" yell from the car sale episode/incident

  • @MHMemeDoubleYourFun Which episode is it where he yells "WHYYYY?"

  • @49redskies

actually he doesn't yell "why", but "twix"

its in episode where jerry wanted to buy car in car dealer shop and george was hungry

its Season 9, Episode 11: The Dealership

  • I know Jerry will tell you that The Wrath of Khan is the better picture, but for me I've always-

  • While I agree that Wrath of Khan is a good movie, I prefer The Voyage Home. In fact, it is No.1 on my list of star trek movies involving the original cast.

  • @sundragonra412

It comes to personal preference I guess...

I liked Motion Picture most, the wrath of Khan and others were bit too dramatic to me...

But Generations (last with Kirk) I liked

  • @snuhr

Not just dramatic, but cheesy and anti-intellectual.

Chekov's "Captain Antilles impression" says it all; when Star Trek tries to be Star Wars, the galaxy's doomed.

  • @sundragonra412

Oh yeah...."Gee, Mr. Peabody, let's go to the 20th Century in the Wayback and fix history!"

    SO original.

  • TTTWWWWIIIIIIXXXXXXXXXX!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this wasn't wrotte for Jerry S....did you see that black guy in 2:54

  • I've mourned for 3 long months. Summer months too. Anyone can grieve in January. LOL

  • could anyone tell me why the title is Wrath of khan?

  • Mustard in your coffee = a sure sign someone is mad at you.

  • seinfeld will always be the greatest most clever, hilarious, sitcom every devised-kudos Larry David!

  • Why kill off Susan ...its so weird- why not keep her and create stories around Them As a married couple..ton of fun to be Found there. an angle seinfeld didnt have

  • @wendel88

because of dialogue that Jerry and Elaine had on the street (in one of episodes)

that they will move to long island and they won't heard of them again

this would split the whole "gang" and show is ruined

  • @snuhr It will be like when Niles married Daphnee in Frasier. It wouldn't be the same thing.

  • @wendel88

That is exactly what they did not want. If you remember the episodes where they were going to make a pilot there is a conversation about exactly this. Also, that conversation between the network executives wanting to see something between Jerry and Elaine is most likely a real life experience they had, as their is evidence that they tried this in the first season.

  • @wendel88 'No Hugging, No Learning'

  • @wendel88 Because George's character is that of the "loser". So if he got married he would have succeeded in something pretty big. We would rather watch him continually mess up with one girl after another than to watch him hash it out with the same woman over and over.

  • @wendel88 It's a show about nothing - and half the point of it is that these people are trapped in a purgatory of repetition and hate their lives. You think they should have turned it into Everybody Loves Raymond?!

  • @shanekeane200123456

No, that's what it would have become if Susan had lived.

Seinfeld is a Disney cartoon with Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy.... as seen by Alice after too many magic mushrooms.

  • I would just like to point out that a block of cheese IS a bachelor's paradise.

  • aren't nude girls? :P

  • @circuitdesign

may I ask in what meaning or why ?

  • @snuhr if i may justify, because of total freedom, you know how parents, or society in general thinks "hey, you cant eat a block of cheese like that" but george is doing it do to total freedom, and part of a bachelor's paradice is freedom of expression, or total freedom, a form of symbolizim if you may.

  • @iTsStEpHyyyy

    FREEEEEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDDDDOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!

  • @snuhr

Because wives and cheese don't mix LOL

  • @circuitdesign cheese! George! Cheeeeeeseeee!

  • 5:33 that extra looked into the camera

  • "I was living the dream! I was stripped to my waist eating a block of cheese the size of a car battery!"

  • you know when mr ross said that it's a terrible tradjedy when parents outlive their children, he's right

  • Spook died!?

    When was this?

  • @brightlights456X Star Trek II-Wrath of Khan

  • @rim225

    Cheers.

Does the movies count as Cannon or are they just random tales that don't fit into the TV series?

  • does anyone else think jason alexander is hot?

  • @srm8ib4 no, it's just you

  • Seinfeld trolling @ 6:37 lol

  • Susan's mom is the wonderfully awesome Grace Zabriskie! Her work with David Lynch is unparalleled!

  • Doesn't Susan's mom look like Lauren Bacall?

  • Jerry's jerk away when George tries to get him to stay in the first scene is awesome.

  • Is that the episode where Kramer fights the children at karate

  • @Borat911 yes I believe so

  • @Borat911 yeah it is

  • @Borat911 "You should have seen the anger in their eyes! And those tiny little fists of fury!"

  • @Borat911 yes

  • it was a hell of a thing when spock died

  • susan was really hot

  • "And then right after the All-Star break, we just SWEPT the Orioles! Four games! In Baltimore!" Has to be one of the most random things ever said in a cemetery.

  • It really was a hell of a thing when Spock died, wasn't it?

  • at 3:11, biting into a big chunk of cheese, hahaha

  • That Jerry, he task me!

  • KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!

  • KAAAAAAHHHHHHHNNNNNNN

  • I had a block of cheese the other day, lol! :P

  • Susan's mother is hot even at her age!

  • 13 people are named "mulva"

  • George repeatedly mispronounced "integral" as "intregal".

  • I like Wrath of Khan, but I feel The Voyage Home was the best of the Star Trek movies involving the original cast.

  • KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!

  • love the 5:45 part.....

  • It really was a hell of a thing, when Spock died.

  • @MrBuch169169 I still can't watch it without crying.

  • Poor Lilly :(

  • geroge getting married would have been ackward

  • hey Board of Directors, look at you!

    YEAH, LOOK AT ME!!

  • Haha! George is unbelievable here!

  • lol at the end: KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I like cheese :D

  • KHAAAAAAAAAAAN . i almost spit out my drink i had no idea he was going to do that

  • even after her death george still cant get rid of her!

  • mmmm mustard coffee

  • watchin seinfeld on youtube...my life sucks

  • @Zgamer618 awww i was thinking the same thing....but it does make me laugh

  • @SpoiledLogic ok cool lol

  • KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNN!!!!!

  • ".... Whatever"

  • LOL at the mustard part

  • Jerry is an idiot, The Voyage Home was the best. And I always though the Khan scream in Wrath of Khan looked like it did in this.

  • @stigler30 they're all crap compared to masterpieces like Total Recall, Alien, Blade Runner, Terminator

  • @gyromancy2 I'd remove Terminator, Avatar devalued James Cameron's entire filmography.

  • And then we swept the orioles.. 4 games.. in Baltimore!

  • love the look Jerry gives at :23.

  • May 16 is my birthday ... alittle awesome AND creepy =D

  • george more emotial about Spock's death than his fiancee hahah!

  • I think the strangest thing about George in this clip is how deeply affected he is by the death of Spock as opposed to Susan's lol

  • sure is, but if you look through all seasons

they always worry about small things rather than something that realy matters,

their dating with women is best example as they always break up with them

    for stupid reasons

on the other hand its realy amusing to see them behave like that heh

wish i had such "bunch" to hang with

  • @theQuestion626 We're all deeply affected by Spock's death.

  • @theQuestion626 they're incapable of experiencing the NOW. They're too busy analysing the moment in which they're living or ignoring it and cataloguing for future analysis.

  • @theQuestion626 LOL and then they just brought spock back in the next movie.

  • You know, I watched The Wrath of Khan because of Seinfeld. Great show and great movie.

  • seinfeld was more of a 90s show. they ended in 98 i just couldnt see it branch off into the 2000s.

  • @Znbnm2012

i'm still yet to find any good humoristic series past year 2000

to me it seems tv houses only started to pile garbage after 99's

all the top hum-series were pre 2000

this newer generation is just plain flat and non-innovative with NO story

  • @snuhr The Big Bang Theory, Two and a half men, The IT crowd, they don't have story, but they are very good tailored ones, of course Seinfeld it's like a sitcoms Bible!

  • @snuhr Check out Modern Family really funny. But Seinfield is great.

  • @snuhr Really? It's not like seinfeld had a story. It was a show about nothing. Good shows of the last decade: arrested development, curb your enthusiasm, it's always sunny, how I met your mother, freaks and geeks. There's always tons of shit but there have been some amazing shows over the years.

  • Seinfeldt is the only good sitcom ever. sitcoms sucked before and after seinfeldt.

when it comes to humoristic series we have the non-audience ones, like the british brilliant The office, extras, and little britain.

  • @snuhr check out titus, which in my eyes was the last funny sitcom on tv

  • @snuhr Big Bang Theory.

  • @snuhr united states of tara is pure magic.

  • @snuhr Well...as a big fan of Seinfeld, I have to point out something:

Seinfeld is a show about NOTHING. :D

( Sorry, I just thought your comment was a bit ironic, ignore me orz )

  • @iandin123

    what comment ? :P

  • And its also awkvard when they are getting older.

  • @Znbnm2012 the clothing and decor of places in the show is 90's

    the humor would easily translate

this is what we want more of

  • They made Susan more annoying later on, easing our anguish when she died. We were glad George escaped. 'Summer of George!' On the Finale, it was a bad joke on us the viewers. It was like a movie, much bigger, and we were on trial too. Yes, the Seinfeld crew did some terrible things, but we understood and agreed with most of it. George was tight and picked cheap envelopes but he didn't push her down the stairs.

  • how did susan die again??

  • @xThaddeusx licking toxic envelopes.

  • its not that the four characters ...WE ARE ALL EVIL...they are us along with our selfishness and hypocrisy

  • Comment removed

  • yeah, they are kinda evil, but if they weren't made such (characters)

the show wouldn't be so special

especialy if you look at George and his "sick" nature :)

  • nice to see orioles were getting destroyed even 20 years ago.

  • People say this about everything, but this show was so ahead of its time. It gets away with being so incredibly dark and just makes it hilarious

  • If being a fan of all of the shows I mentioned qualifies me as "humorless" -- I'm just happy to be in the club!!!

  • The most overrrated comeyt of all time -- "It's about nothing!" Gosh, sure seems like it's about four dopey friends and their lives, just like Friends -- a worse show -- was about six dopey friends and their lives. Watch I Love Lucy, The Honeymooners, MASH, The Dick Van Dyke Show, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, the original Bob Newhart Show, Barney Miller, Taxi, Cheers, Arrested Development, Weeds, The Office or 30 Rock, hell, even Community for truly inspired comedy writing. Seinfeld chews!

  • @profsmith100 Must be sad when you realise you are in the minority of people in the world who don't have a sense of humour.

  • i guess it depends per generation and person

myself mostly like Only fools and horses, Seinfeld and Red Dwarf

any newer just contain forced laugh and cheezy dialogs

    dont like em

  • @keyalpha1 There might be more shows that are more enjoyable. But I think seinfeld has some of the most well thought out plot lines ever.

    Seinfeld

    News Radio

    Arrested Developement

Amazingly funny tv shows. I wish more people remembered News Radio.

  • @RANAE30 I get sad cos I recall what a genius Phil Hartman was, on NR and The Simpsons.

  • @dabble778 That makes total sense. NewsRadio is still my favorite ever though. The first 2 seasons are the best, witht he original cast. The show just went down hill with the loss of phil hartman :(

  • @RANAE30

Was Phil Hartman on "News Radio?" It seems he was, but I'm not sure.

  • @5jerry1

Never mind, I just saw another post which answered my question, thanks anyway, if you were going to answer.

  • @keyalpha1 It depends on the decade. Seinfeld was among the best of the 90s. I personally was a bigger fan of Mad about you but I LOVED Seinfeld back then. In the 70s/80s it was hands down "All in the family"

  • 1:59 SPOILER ALERT

  • It's wonderfully terrible how they mourn Spock more than Susan.

  • i totally agree, the more and more as years go by, i start realizing it may have been GEORGE that was the most hilarious-for real.

  • @djmyers71 yeah i used to think kramer was the best but ive come to realize that most of the shows funniest moments of seinfeld happen to george

  • Susan died when she was licking the envelopes for their wedding. Apparently the glue stuff on the seals was toxic because George wanted to buy the cheapest wedding invitations lol.

  • This passes for American humor? The canned laughter is obvious.

  • @Danny77uk lol

    you suck

  • @Danny77uk

I hate canned laughter. Nothing wrong with real audience laughter, that's often is as funny as the show, but canned laughter, more often than not, ruins it.

  • I like how george just randomly squeezes mustard into jerry's coffee 5;31

  • I wish seinfeld did just 1 more season, but no matter what it will always be one of the best and funniest tv shows of all time.

  • @mrcheesesmith

    definately mate...

i'm bit dissapointed tho how they ended it, even if they did relate

with one past episode as "how cool would it be to be in prison"

but to me it was kinda dissapointing ending, and Jerry simply didn't want

to make season 10 even if they offered him high money...

then again after 10 years you get tired of it probably :)

but yeah ovewall its one of best sitcoms ever made

  • @snuhr I think it was a smart move to end it when they did. There's nothing worse than watching a great TV show become stale and tiresome (ie The Simpsons).

  • @FuttBucker667

    true that

  • so awesome how he is eating cheese.

  • Goddamnit!! Wrath of Khan is on in a half-hour, and Seinfeld just spoiled the ending!!!

Never search youtube for a film you haven't seen!!!

  • LMAO George is such a horrible person! lol

  • That lady who plays the drunk mother is sensational at playing a drunk, imo!

  • Susan dies!?? Wow

  • If I was Jerry, I'd rather hang next to George than stand over there next to the Rosses.

  • George: You see Jerry im feelin somethin, somethin i haven't felt for a long time.

    Jerry: Pride?

    George: NNNNO

    hahahaha classic.

  • KHAAANNNN!!!!!!

  • "it was a hell of a thing when spock died" :DDDDD

  • its a magnificent stone.

  • The board of Directors; look at you!

  • I cant get over Jerry wearing jeans at a funeral... I'm sure they probably thought us audience wouldn't notice it..

  • lol george is such a horrible person hahaha

  • "before we go any further, i'd just like to point out how disturbing it is that you equate eating a block of cheese with some sort of bachelor paradise ..."

  • @9033red

" I was home free, stripped to the waist eating a block of cheese the size of a car battery!"

Jason Alexander is comic-angst genius; his Duckman stuff is just as good.

  • Who wears jeans at a funeral? Jerry Seinfeld lol

  • "oh please, cheese there?" bahahahaha

  • Something I haven't felt in a long time. Pride? No.

  • randomxoxoxoxo is right. Grace Zabrisikie (Mrs. Ross) played Spence's mother for one KOQ episode but was then replaced by Anne Meara - Jerry Stiller's wife.

  • The character of George didn't necesarily have to be funny;not every comedian could have pulled it off;Jason Alexander knocked the "Loser" role out of the park by making it so very "Theatrical";i
