You guys these are extremely hard dogs to breed. They can't mate or have pups naturally. You won't find a quality bully for under 2000.

Not true, I just paid $900 for mine, she is a beautiful red color, short, stocky, perfect nose rope and rose ears and full of wrinkles. No one needs to pay $3,000. Believe it or not there are breeders out there that just sell because they love the breed and yes would like to make a profit but not try to rape you by overcharging.

I know what I'm talking about as well. The people I bought her from recently had their male bully die, so they bred their female hoping to get another male. They ended up with 3 females so they decided to sell them for descent prices. Their exact words, "I don't know why people are charging so much, no one will be able to buy one at those prices!" And that should be the mentality. Breeders can make a profit because they are expensive to breed, but you don't have to go crazy.

I understand it takes time to raise puppies in general. English Bulldogs and French bulldogs usually have to have to be artificially inseminated and require a c-section. This isn't always the case. So are you telling me if you charge $2,000 per pupyour not making any profit because of the time and expenses it took you to breed them? I don't think so.

if someone didnt breed bulldogs i wouldnt have my awesome baby boy! i understand what youre saying as i have rescued dogs before but buying from a reputable breeder isnt a sin and honestly the dogs ive had the most trouble with have all been ones i have rescued health problems is the big one (because most rescued bulldogs come from back yard breeders and bulldogs sometimes are prone to health issues with even good breeders) many people i know actually spend more rescuing because of vet bills
