Common sir. It didnt effect Jayachandrans voice that much, i mean at all. KJY who's my fav changed a lot.

To listen to the aged KJY's voice made my heart ache, true. But in some of the recent songs he sounds goos, but wiith a different timbre. Come to think of it, KJY's voice was changing and evolving every decade or so in the last 40 years. I loved all of them, except the period 2000-2008.

As for JC, the magic is really gone out of his voice in the last few years, except for some flashes of briliance.

I am an ardent fan of JC's ouvre during the years 1970-1995. I cherish those songs.
