Sonic X to me is okay...but it got rid of a lot of things! Like most of the characters, their planet name: Mobius, and most of the enemies! But it also ruined it even more when they threw in the President and his gang (mostly the president's aid) and made them know-it-alls and think they're the heroes!

They made two pilot episodes, which they released on video in Japan and in the West as "Sonic the Movie". It's drawn by the same people, so, get ready for excitment; it's EXACTLY like this. And you can watch it on Youtube too. It's just a big shame they never made a full series. It's WAY better than X. Search for "Sonic OVA".
