I luffles Ritsuko, but what's with that dress? I love the dress but I'm talking about the changing from green to black. It's not that it's not that the changing isn't cool, it just seems like when the dress is black, it's trying to change green. Like you can see green trying to come in. Is this a glitch? Is her dress radioactive? Is it...broken?
