assalamualaikum. mashallah i agree shiekh alafasy has an amazingly blessed voice [my favourite too], but in terms of reciting with tajweed, you have to listen to Shiekh Mahmoud Khalil Al-Hussary! i'll try to upload some in the future inshallah, so look out for them.
