About that Megaman 3 jumping-out-of-the-pit glitch. If you do the zero health trick, Megaman can't use the buster because the buster's ammo is linked to his health.

correct but if you need a special weapon to kill a boss like the magnet missiles for Hard Man then you can still use those no matter what
