Oh, the morality in this is improved from Streets of L.A. Instead of always getting Bad Karma for accidentally killing your suspects, or getting none from beating them up when they fight you, there was an opportunity to tag them first and get good cop points, then arrest them, rewarding more.

Yeah, it's playable at the very least.

Is it wrong that I think this game is actually incredible but was simply ahead of it's time? It had a Morality System, Side missions, hidden items, choice in story branch, cover based shooting, unique crimes, and a full 100% bonus game. Also, the bad cop ending has a badass twist, which had more importance.

Okay, the city free roaming, physics, technicality, and polish needed work, but it did a lot of things great.

@Nazrat84 it was and still is a blast to play. it even had a functional command console built in "a PC feature very rare for a console game". i had glitches, framerate issues and even the occasional crash but it's just so damn fun i can overlook these issues. why the lukewarm response by the media? most game critics are loyal to brands names. reason why the recent FPS that innovate got piss poor scores while every annual call of duty cash-in with no new features gets a perfect score.

Here's a mode: go to the map/compstat press right then press L1+R1 together

if it worked ull see the songs list with the map on the background then press left

and you'll see a menu with modes and everything even cheats tested on ps2 only.

I didn't like the fact that this game lacked the comedic atmosphere its predecessor had. The city already looks dull as hell ALL THE TIME. The least they could've done is add some comedy to the game. Marcus is so damn dull and serious all the time.
