He knew the answers without needing the lifelines. Notice how he smiles or raises a brow when the right answer option appears. He used the life lines to make it look like he's trying an won't be suspicious. He has something going on..
@FortMinorsBiggestFan I think he said that because the question was about opera. However, he is from Massachusetts... so yeah, chances are he is a liberal...
(& Don't get mad at me... I don't consider myself liberal OR conservative.)
@NewPhoenixFilms well back in the days it was called a toreador, now it is called a torero or a matador as you stated, but he is not entirely wrong :)...
I think I would've guessed the 250.000 dollar question right, because I noticed Russians always use very elaborate titles for their plays. And since that's the only russian name in there, I would've picked that one.
@XCShorty21 There is only so much human awake time in a day. Combine work hours, eating, socializing, and spending time with your partner... the rest of the time you spend learning things you like to learn about.
I could be a mountain of information on tons of subjects because I like them all, but ask me about operas and I really only know less than 10, and am not sure if some of them are musicals or operas. I just don't like the subject.
It's the same with him... knowing some answers = luck
@cutekili oh yeah well then can i ask you something if you think that hes such a genious why do you think he had to used all three of his lifelines during his second run
