Sounds good man, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Music is about self expression and exploring it for yourself, precise covers are fine but adding your own flavor is better when done tastefully imo. People constantly compare musicians to musicians and it's pretty pathetic to see as a musician myself, it's not a competition.

The great thing about music is that everybody hears the same note, but in their own unique context. Great creativity, AND CHOPS, by the drummer in this video. Forget that's not exactly as played. The fact he was able to play Rush music so fluently is something on it's own that should be respected.

Absurd!! Don't you see Tom Sawyer? Mr. Theo changed part of it: he put some ghost notes and accents in the Snare drum and he changed the solo.
