They make a lot of references to current events, but the best humor is when they add items that mostly Americans would know about (Burt Reynolds was a huge star in the 80's, but his divorce ruined his career). They are also using a lot of "redneck" slang that makes them sound stupid. But so funny!

That's what they're meant to eat. Today's cattle are fed corn, soy, and other cows. When you eat stuff that's hard to digest you get gas (methane).
Actually, the estimated number of bison ranged in the 70 to 60 million, not 1/3 as you have stated. Cows are not fed grain until they are being "finished" which only lasts three months or so of their lives, so to say that there are 120 million cows being corn fed at this moment is false.
I think the people promoting this are saying, because there are so many McDonalds everywhere in the World, the demand for beef is endangering the planet. They want to promote food that is sustainable to the planet. Maybe they speak flatulence because our brains are crap.
