I like Cleveland & Northern Ohio better in the Summer.

I like Texas better in the Spring before Tornado season begins.

Around early April is the best when the Flowers and Colors are blooming along I-20 west of Fort Worth all the way to El Paso.

Then again the Late March and Early April in all the South States is the most beautiful and best climate to go. Cleveland and Northern Ohio I have seen the some of the worst Winter Storms still in late March and early April.
