i just don't understand why so many people are saying that Kundalini is dangerous...actually it didn't had any efect on me and i even felt a sleep during a meditation.I think it's great for relaxing,congrats :)

its so awesome .... the music the narration all just melts right inside your heart.. Felt like floating when i closed my eyes. Its a really commendable effort, thanks a lot.
