But Daphne should realize that even though Niles was pining for her, he never did actually cheat on his wives with her. He just admired her from afar. As weird as the subplot is, I love the scene where Martin and Frasier are "hunting" the cricket. They are the most hilarious, oddball, downright adorable father and son ever.

My GOD Frasier's so DRRRRRAMATICCCC!!!! Kelsey Grammer is simply brilliant. He can deliver a line like no one else. Him and Martin in the kitchen is to die for.

That scene in Niles' office at the end was really well done. Usually when Niles gets mad he rants and raves and practically inhales the entire set chewing up the scenery like frickin' Henry the Fifth, and it's always frickin' *hilarious*, so seeing him so deadly quiet and serious is creepy. DHP is such a great actor.
