im 130 combat and pvp daily a "safe" for a noob and a safe in a fight where we throw around 50's and 70's are 2 different fights

At our level safing isnt eating at 30 hp i can hit a 30 with a dds not even using the special QUIT HATING the fights where it even looks like he's safing her/his opponant is in dharoks and has 10 hp (btw with 99 str they can put up an 85 -90with 10 hp) If he was safing the opponent would say something about it or run so GTF off this kids back

I don't think u can get any item in the game, but there's a lot of factors that sometimes effect your "loot power." If you stand in a hotspot for a long time, or get a ton of kills before going back into a safe zone, you may increase your chance of having better loot.
