Looks like you may need a couple dog dishes for that many pups..lol. I have a wolf hybrid as well. And to comment on ferret926 about the hybrids with more content wolf in them run and hide is very true. I've had mine since she was 7 weeks old and she is 2 now. She is very attached to my 6 year old and I. When it comes to other people, she backs off and paces back and forth. She will not come to anyone but my son and i. She'll sneak up behind you to catch a sniff but when you turn she takes off.

@TheWhat018 thats the opposite of what a wolf does. A real high content wolf hides from people it doesn't know and runs away from them. I doubt you have a wolfdog, its probably just a poorly socialized malamute/shepherd. A german shepherd would attack people it doesn't know

Gross. People like you breeding wolfdogs JUST for money. Wolves are beautiful animals, and breeding them with domesticated dogs makes an unstable, confused animal. It can easily cost 700 to 1000 dollars per puppy. But there are some for around 500 dollars. Some people recommend owning two Wolf-dogs, because they need to interact with another canine of their own kind. Though, Im not sure if that is really necessary or not.

They were called wolf-dog hybrids, but due to recent genetic reclassification, the wolf and dog are grouped under the same species, the domestic dog(Canis lupus familiaris) is a sub species of the wolf (Canis lupus) and hence the correct term is now considered to be "Wolfdog".

Yes, they are bred in Scotland, Unfortunately you are correct, we have no large carnivores in Scotland since man wiped tem all out to protect sheep and deer, Thanks to overgrazing by deer and sheep we now have no forests anymore either.

Man! I really wish I could get one of these pups! We would be best friends and the brother that I've never had! I would take him everywhere with me and take such good care of him! all dogs require a LOT of experience and time, these dogs are not pets, they are family members. You cant just put them in the kenne when your bored of them, and you cant just let them roam around the house when your not in, they would destroy the place. There are so few real wolfdogs in the UK that they are rarely abandoned

i Agree i have had many Wolf dogs in my past years and they arn't very Friendly when they grow up, The Government Shot and killed my dog on September 8th 2008 becouse it attacked 4 guys and sent them to the hospital,

so I don't recomend this dog for anyone unexperianced with Wolf Behavior

These dogs are cross bred Tamaskan Dogs and Czech Wolfdog. They are only available from Scotland as only one man breeds them. They are not an actual breed but a designer dog I suppose and they do have wolf content, so not the best family pet.

Yes, 'Tamas' (from Tamaskan) and 'Slovakian' (From Czechoslovakian). We bred them with the intention that the offspring would be healthier than either parent breed, and also because most of the 'wolf dogs' in the SE of england are either inbred or Illegal F1 Timber wolf Hybrids
