Zync28 has the right idea but there's already a tornado rasengan in naruto shippuden 2 bonds and does anyone else hate the fact that they never use any of the rasengans from the movies like rainbow chakra rasengan or kohen rasengan it would be awesome

The Rasengan has been noted to be a superior Jutsu when compared with Chidori which is a Jutsu already combined with Lightning Type Nature, whereas the Rasengan is just a pure chakra Jutsu, so in theory Fūton: Rasenshuriken should easily overpower Chidori.

@quinny366 Wind > Lightning one of the reasons naruto learnd Rasenshuriken is because of Sasukes Chidori. Remember the Episode =)

@quinny366 hell adding to that normal rasengan is S rank and Chidori is A rank so i guess rasenganshuriken would be Super S rank and it's wind style so that used against the Chidori would cut threw it like a hot knife threw already warm butter. I mean in my opinion i think using the stronger element means slapping on another rank to the stronger element or lower the rank of the weaker element so now we're sitting at Super S rank vs B rank jutsu which isn't all that special

@KakashiOfSharingan1 It's Called Kekkei Genkai, Mei Terumi has two Kekkei Genkai's the first is Lava Release Combining Fire & Earth & the other is Boil Release Combining Fire & Water.

Hmm.. the pic is quite intriguing.. and nope, fire and water can be mixed. The fifth mizukage combines water and fire to create vapor style techniques..

Lightning and wind do cancel each other, but I wonder what kind of technique can be arrived if this happens...

@Junjou0305 acutally, its Acid. and she mixes Earth, Water, and Fire, she can use a double bloodline trait i think its called Kekai Trait. which creates the Acid or Vapor.
