It's not on the Substance CD, but on the Substance video (VHS/Laserdisc). Bits of the song Happy One where played in between the music videos on the Substance video. The uploader of this video just combined those bits together.

@antifanboi Oh yeah I vaguely remember that. My copy of the video is packed away back home somewhere. I think I might have it on CD, in the retro bx that had the ltd ed bonus CD, but dont quote me on that as its been a few years since I had that too!

I heard hooky play this last night to backing tracks,  He said it was the most expensive track New Order ever made because this was all New Order came back with from Ibiza, They eventually dropped it from their album although Tony Wilson loved it..

New Order's song titles tend not to be really that helpful. Most of their songs, unlike most bands, seem to not actually mention or include song titles in the lyrics, or you'll find that song titles appear in the lyrics of OTHER songs.
