in hebrew its

It probably can type in Hebrew. Just go to control panel and look up regional options or language options or something like that. It lets you switch back and forth.

Also, online you can find keyboard English and Hebrew equivalent keyboards. I used one to write the Hebrew letters in permanent marker on my keyboard.
