did this exact same route with the Craven potholing club last sunday. The swim at the start/end is something else.... I made really heavy weather of the squeeze through big bertha, you guys make it look easy :-) It took me nearly ten minutes to make about 10 feet of headway. The trip took us 4 hours and I have *never* felt so tired...
