Great review of Scorponoc. I found on fast track the free little robot you can put the guns on his shoulders putting the pegs into the grooves in his shoulders still makes him look weird but hey its something else you can do with him thanks again for the review

I have to mention that one of my favourite moments in the marvel Transformers comic was the moment Scorponok admitted he was scared to Optimus Prime before fighting Unicron; and then he died shortly after; and judging by the bubbling flesh seeping through hs face plate, not very pleasantly.

excellent. This is probably the best review video I've seen of yours. Realy nice use of the the comic and animated images while you talked through the bio. Especially of the comic version. Although I never understood why in the cartoon Zarak was a green squinty alien and in the comic he looked like the old bloke from Knight Rider

A great toy as well as a great character, Great review Dave. I never really had much love for Scorponok's role in the cartoons I was more a fan of his role in the Comics.

Hey Dave,

Brilliant examination of my favourite TF ever. I do wish that some continuity (preferably a comic one) would continue with the "noble, conflicted Decepticon" archetype, which for me defines Scorponok. I still think there's space for him to become that in the IDW universe, but whether or not he's even going to continue in that universe or not is anyone's guess. Superb work. 5* and faved.

As awesome as this is as an adult you cant imagine how amazing it is for a kid getting it at Christmas unless you experienced it as I did. My second favourite Transformer of all time only behind Predaking. I still have all the pieces from when I was young, the only thing I need to make him complete is one of Fasttrack's arms. "Worth every penny" true words indeed.

I had an incomplete Scorponok as a child. He was thrown out in the Great Toy Purge. It was then that I realised I had a justifiable reason for killing me parents.
