Thiers bird blankets that you can get for her cage if you dont have one my sun conure does that sometimes but thats when he wants to crawl into my brothers shirt and snuggle.

She needs something solid b/c she pushes so hard. I let her go crazy on the towel on my head after a shower.

Have you considered spraying a safe houseplant with water and letting Rio go nuts on it?
