Know whats sad? my teacher had just gotten this type of lock, had 3 and gave up trying to unlock it. and she swung a hammer at the box, put a small dent in it... then I go over, screwed a handle on both sides grabbed each handle and ripped it open, and asked if i can have the broken case, took it home took the lock off and put it on my locker, i destroyed the lock so that is the only way to open it XD

You don't have to put it on then twist it, you can just push it down in the right position in the first place. That way you don't have to use pliers

dude i tried that on my high school lock which i bought it from shool and it couldnt open because there is no space to put the aluminem in it. dont worry there are better locks that has no space in it.

This technique is NOT working for me! the aluminum is tooooo weak. i have tryed with a redbull can, and coca-cola can but its too weak, when you go to twist it with your pliers, the aluminum just breaks time after time,and end up getting it stuck down in the lock lol there is not enough space for 2 ply's of aluminum for more strength, CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLZ
