Did you use the original AE pixel motion or did you use Twixter.

I don't know what camera you're using, but if you grab a normal 480i or 1080i camera, you'll get 60fps, which would make the use of pixel interpolation void for average slow-mo like that.

oh yea, i noticed that when you use radial blur, there are black outlines around the border of the screen.

You can fix that by putting a motion tile effect right under the radial blur effect. Then set the motion tile to mirror edges and also set the height and width to about 110. It helps alot for me.
