QATAR AIRWAYS PREMIUM LOUNGE AT DOHA AIRPORT.

Can someone explain to me the step by step process from when you step out of the aircraft on how the lounge works? Does all the business class passengers get into a bus and it takes you to the premium terminal? Do they scan your bags at the premium terminal? How does it all work..i've only flown AA business class, planning on flying Qatar soon.

Can anyone confirm there is a way for my husband (in a wheelchair) to access this lounge please? In addition, does anyone have experience of being met with a wheelchair on arrival? (Ours will be in transit.)

@lisa110rry Try to contact inflightexpert on Youtube i seen one of his uploads and Qatar have another smaller lounge, he might give you all the info you need...other than that i guess an email to Qatar airways will answer questions, Qatar did not get their 5 star rating for nothing, im sure you's will be fine, every airline has a duty of care to uphold, im sure there will be a lift for wheelchair users in the Premium terminal somewhere..its a massive place.

guys i was wondering what type of ticket do you need to be flying in a A380 emirates.... can u not fly on it if u have the ticket with the lowest value??

@mysterio980 Even the cheapest bog standard economy ticket will get you on the A380 as long as EK do the route you want..

@mysterio980 Yes.....the food and drink is free in airline lounges like this one..its in with the ticket you have bought...some other benefits such as fast track pass so you go through immigration faster and a free ride to the airport are also included all to make that trip a little less stressful :)

Very impressed indeed. Doha airport has come a long way. Till recently as 2001 the airport was in just 1 building and very boring. Waiting for the NDIA airport to open. Lucky you !

@zxzv1 Yes i was impressed with it as well....it's not my favourite lounge...i like the more smaller lounges..but i agree im very lucky to use such a great lounge..

@truly0phinoy Oh yes indeed it's all free...well its not really free is it because its included in the price of a business class ticket...but yes you don't have to pay for anything inside the premium lounge...you can eat and drink as much as you wish..

@truly0phinoy Yes business class has so many good things going for it a part from the price...3 weeks time im flying economy to Los Angeles...no lounge, no lie flat seat...but in 7 weeks i fly to Bangkok and its back in business class...oh lots of rest and sleep :)
