  • The main problem with this is that information is withheld and not explained, possibly leading people to believe that raw food is much better than cooked food in all cases.

If prepared correctly, cooked fruit and veggies usually serves as a more nutrient-rich food than raw.

  • I liked your video very much.

  • That was really cool!

  • How you do that chart? because I have a presentation and I need this!

  • The results with food storage, in order of highest natural radiation, were: 1. fresh raw food had signif most nrg 2. raw food stored fridge 4 hrs next highest. 3. freeze-drying showed 75% original energy 4. freezing showed 30% original energy 5. gamma

radiation leaves almost no natural radiation, and in the case of avocado, the Kirlian field was totally obliterated by the

They found tht the natural radiation of the processed food varied with the cooking method. The results of food proc, in order of highest natural radation, were: 1.raw 2. wok cooking 3. steaming 4. microwave cooking 5. press cook&prolonged boiling 6. deep frying 7. barbecue and grilling 8. oven baking.

  • This picture if typical of 12 subjects who were put on junk food. It is juxtaposed with a picture of the electroluminescence of a man who had been eating whole foods for 40 years. There is a dramatic difference between his highly charged field and the junk-food absence of any field. Another photographic comparison was made of the electroluminescence of the same cabbage live, and then cooked in a pressure cooker for ten minutes. The live-food cabbage had

  • MEASURE OF THE LIFE FORCE OF THE CELL. The stronger the life force of each cell, the stronger the electroluminescence of the total Kirlian photographic field, which is the sum of the electrical potential of each cell.

By using this system, these resarchers were able to understand how the life force of people and foods is affected by various conditions. One of thier photographs shows a person who had been eating junk food for 24 hours. It reveals an absence of any

    electroluminescent energy.

  • that human beings and all living organisms are ultimately made up of patterns of resonant energy. This energy is reflected in the functioning of each cell. The actual molecular structure of the cells is guided by DNA, which acts as a resonant preceiver of the different resonant frequencies of the body and also as a transmitter of a specific resonant frequency. The stronger the resonant frequency of the cell, the stronger the natural radiation field. IN OTHER WORDS, THE ELECTROLUMINESCENCE IS A

From the point of view of the SOEF (subtle organising energy fields) theory, the strength of these fields indicaqtes the SOEF strength of the cells. Oldfield and Coghill believe thes eactual electrical fields maintain the integrity of the biological system. According to them, if these fields have mor energy, they better maintain the physical structure and function. They hypothesize, as I do,

  • Amazing comparison video. I liked the side by side especially. BTW, the kids are so cute.

  • great video!!!

  • are there like 100 oranges on your counter!? also awesome :]

  • awesome

  • if cooking your vegtables destroys nutrients, does freezing your fruit and vegtables, for future comsumption, destroy those nutrients as well?

  • @whatever2318 Nope. In fact, it's better to freeze your fruits and vegetable to keep all the nutrients alive. If you refrigerate and leave it for long, it will die.

  • dude i want to eat 100 percent raw. don't have a job right now but when i do i may try to eat raw for a period of time. check out the liferegenerator hes cool, hes got a channel on you tube

  • ;-)

  • your kids are so cute!!

  • Yes, food should ideally be body temperature, but you don't need to cook it for that reason. Also, chewing the food properly will raise its temperature and make it a lot easier to digest.

If you feel limited with raw foods then I'd say that your attitude is the problem and not the food. There is are really an endless variety to raw foods, and I think you'll see that if you stop focusing on what you can't eat.

  • Thanks you!

  • Yes, cooked food is not left with the nutrients even to process itself, so instead of even minimal nourishing, it strips the nutrient/mineral building blocks of our being. Now that may sound unduly harsh, but the reality here may just testify to the relative indomitability of life

  • Really usefull information, and a great video to show my cooked friends.

  • this is great for visual learners like me

  • This man has brought forth a great message to the masses.

  • Apple pie can't have cholesterol unless it has animal products in it.

  • It can raise cholesterol tho, if it has too much sugar.

  • I guess that can be true. Cooked oils can also raise cholesterol.

  • Oils in general can raise bad cholesterol, if eaten in excess.

  • Unless their cold pressed huh?

  • Well cold pressed is healthier, but still you can't go around spilling it on everything

  • I don't like it. Its not good as a dressing. I like olives much much more. Are you a Vegan?

  • Please give the address of the webpage, where this interactive chart is. I have been there but didn't save the address. Now can't find it. Thank you!

  • Thanks for upload. I love persimmons!

  • Woow great video!!!

  • lulz

  • its hard to listen to d enitre video b/c of d voice

  • I love this video. I would love to see more videos like this. Peace.

  • You can get some b12 in nutritional yeast. Do some research ( fun homework ! ). :)

  • Yes because eating nutritional yeast is so natural.

  • Yea thanks very much was very interesting to see the difference. Thanks for posting

  • cool thanks a lot for this,cheers!

  • do you feed your children high-protein foods? eg... nuts, beans, legumes, sprouts... and what about b12?

  • bravo! this is clean, clear and concise!

    thank you

    aurelia

    RAWk on!

  • It's good to see that so many people are waking up to the fact that they should stop cooking all their food. The difference between eating raw and cooked food is just astounding, I can't get over how incredibly well this is working. And I'll never go back to eating the way I did. The raw 'diet' is the diet that most people find the most extreme, but it's also what the most people stick with once they've tried it, due to the immense benefits of finally eating the way they were supposed to eat.

  • Not to say that the below can't happen with raw foods it can. The whole point of eating RAW is to glorify and pay attention to the one Who has made the food. Then when u come up with a "raw food creation" the real Creator is overlooked and the 'cook' (uncook actually lol) enjoys the undeserved credit. to go raw and think about food all day long is MENTAL. the whole point of it all is that food is not a big deal in LIFE. anything else is mental. i mean calm the fuck down all, or not, whatev

  • OF COURSE RAW tastes better and etc we all want raw. What happens is my family wants me to eat cooked food because everyone wants to show off how good they cook. a cook loves it when they make food and feed it to a group of people and we'r all socializing while eating their "VERY yummy cooking". if u don't join in the social event you are shunned. somehow rejecting 'them', the family. my family is so fucked up. the only way for anyone to transcend it is to NOT CARE - possible but not easy.

  • I'm sure what your saying is great, and I should probably listen, and I wanted to. But, the voice is really annoying.

  • generally raw foodists are raw vegans and they don't eat animals, which is where gross diseases and such are found.

  • Salmonela actually comes from poultry and eggs in which (raw) vegans do not eat. The bacteria from salads and other fruits and vegetables is teh same you get everytime YOU eat a salad. If you don't eat those, then you should. Viruses travel in many other ways than through food. There are more viruses in livestock, factories, and the air that is being breathed in than in fruits and veggies probably. =)

  • This is great! And your kids are gorgeous :)

  • Nice Movie Guys - hes a legend! hgrant.net

  • i'm all for eating raw, but kids need so many extra calories because they're growing and i'm not sure kids should eat raw. those kids do look a little on the scrawny side. i'd like to go raw, but i wouldn't make my son do it.

  • Going raw does not limit the amount of food (and calories) that you can eat. It's especially important for kids to eat heatlhy, nutrient-rich foods, especially raw foods. Through example, kids consciously and unconsciously learn what foods to eat for the rest of their lives.

  • then why is a raw food diet often advertised as a way to lose weight? the idea is that you take in fewer calories, right? not saying that i don't give my son plenty of fruits and veggies.. he absolutely loves strawberries or pretty much any berry. but he's a lean kid.. and i would certainly worry about him losing any weight.

  • raw foods do not make everyone loose weight. Those who are underweight gain weight when eating raw foods. A couple of friends of mine were severely underweight and gained enough weight to reach their ideal weight. Others who are overweight will loose weight.

  • oden.. humm.. that's certainly interesting. i asked my nutritionist about it and she said it is possible to gain weight on the diet if you eat enough high calorie foods like nuts and fruits. (which sucks if you are trying to lose weight with it.. lol)

  • I need to loose weight and after only 3 weeks raw my pants fit me again. Yeah!!!

  • odon, i ate raw for about a month and didn't lose any weight at all... but again, my nutritionist said it's cause I was eating too much fruit. i didn't know there was such a thing.. lol. i plan to try it again.. but probably come spring/summer when there's more fresh fruits and veggies to choose from.

  • the reason is because it is what your body actually needs vs "dieting". raw food is not a "weight loss" product. it gives you energy and health. you can be ubnderweight and gain to ideal weight. your body has a natural balance that given enough nutrients it will naturally get to whether ender or over weight.

  • bstortz, i understand that the body has a natural balance, but i'm pretty sure my body's natural balance isn't this. there's a difference between being plump and healthy and being fat.

  • not sure if my comment went under your name so you would see it hiko

  • also just an extra tidbit to further substantiate the bodies natural weight is to state the appearance of those who are on a raw food diet. they are not overly thin or heavy at all. they ar naturally muscular and healthy. This clip is from a raw food movie called "breakthrough" and although i found it mostly inspiring but not to my particular liking it demonstrates raw food and its affect on children that by their own showing are all of normal weight and height

  • hikolaya, if you wish to use raw foods to give you weight loss that is a given but to show examples on how much better raw is compared to other "diets" then you dont have to go any further than youtube. just look up raw food testimonials and you will get a few and just keep going off of that. if you are still concerned abouty how to start or what it all consists of i just picked up a book by natalia rose called the raw food detox diet. she talks only of the weight loss aspect of using raw food

  • errr how does that work out? doesn't make no sense

  • scrawny? by whos standard? I think they are extremely fit.

  • loved this - great visual

  • i make several variations of raw apple pie and its soooo good! best thing about it is you can eat pie for breakfast and feel good about it!

  • hey can you tell me you recipe please? thanks!

  • I love this part of the DVD! It's so convincing! and yum, the raw apple pie looks really delicious~

  • Awesome! Great for visual learners.

  • wow that was great!

  • Excellent thanks for posting!

  • This was wonderful, great work :) Please make one making raw apple pie for everyone to know how to make one too!

  • yes indeed

  • That was great, thanks for posting!

  • I want a Raw Pie.

  • yeah me too! :D

  • Thank you for the comparison! Great visual! I, too, would love your recipe for the raw apple pie!!

  • Excellent, I will start eating my beef and fish raw for now on

  • nice to eyes, yes important right way without sound card

wonder if there's such on overnight room temp marinations. e.g. my tomatoes often are softened like this, look canned roasted but reveal a lot more later.

lycopene's < in stiff seeds, change on vine, stove, or its soak as well as other moist nature for reaction. claims: antioxidant peak if combined with absorbable fat, worked benefits there

  • Black folk rule! Eat nat-tu-ral!

  • It would be helpful to hear where you obtained the information to support your descriptions of nutrient densities. Also, where did you get the raw apple pie recipe? It looks yummy!

  • I disagreee with everything you are teaching. You promote the diet.. It is not precognitive or intuitive to think like this,.

    blindguru. com

  • can you simply explain your viewpoint? without listing a website? why do you disagree? why is the raw food diet not the best ever? its hard to take you seriously bro, step it up with some real info, please?

  • you're doing wonderful things for your family's health and happiness. thank you! you're an inspiration! the comparison was wonderful - great for us visual learners :)

  • How enlightening! Great way to show how powerful the Raw Food lifestyle is!

  • I like the video. When you look at the comparison this way it really stands out. Could you recommend some books or sites for raw food diets? Thanks

  • That was great. Thanks for posting, cute kids, too.

  • thanks for the video, please share your recipe for a raw apple pie?

  • what an amazing video, thank you!

  • Great video!

  • Awesome comparison, man!
