Yup! she runs great! I have pulled her apart this spring, to change the angle and the way the tank is mounted. Custom make a new alum oil bag, made new wiring harness(isolate all elect parts with connectors) made new forward controls with hinged pegs. made silicone seat pan springs amd a new seat pan.
I have also bought a stock xs 650 heritage special, that I would like to turn bagger. I have one with no thing, how bout one with everything!
Is that a European or a US model ? And do you know what year the best xs650 was prodused in? Because i am buying one pretty soon... And i need to know witch model i have to look for ?
It's not a triumph is an XS650..the xs is basically a direct copy of the old tri, nortons, and BSA's..judgein by the oil window in the clutch cover i'd say that motor is post 1981?
The red rims and whitewalls look fantastic - on the Christmas list for my 69 trumpet

I liked the disappearing act but the bike was the best part of the trick. I'm in the process of buying an xs650 to do something kinda like this.
