Why does people say the rovers are rubbish? my dad had 414 GSi for 6 months and it worked fine - no repair at all. Then he had Alfa Romeo 146ti 2.0ts 148hp for 10 months and he spent a lot of money to repair it. ;/;/
What are we suppose to see when some video is about cold start it's just a car that starts in a normal manner and sounds a bit more rough. We're not in the 50's so it doesn't start and if it wouldn't nobody would post it. What a fuss...

I try and do that in my car, I am normally late for work, and when I get to the main road, since they added a bus lane they've made the central reservation smaller so you have to do both lane @ once so most of the time I have to tear the bollocks outa the poor thing after the engines been running for ~20 secs, I am always aware of the damage I am doing. It's a VW Passat 110 BHP TDI, it's got 150,000 miles on the clock and it hasn't died yet but one of these days, glad it's not a Brit car thou.

What is the point in all these video's about Rover's starting from cold? :\
Takeshi2002006 4 years ago
The point is that popular opinion says they're poor quality cars, have screwed up ECU's and are bad starters.
Most popular opinion is misinformed.
