i ORDERED THIS PRODUCT AND NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING!!! HOWEVER, THEY KEPT CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD. WHEN I TRIED TO RECTIFY THIS WITH WELA THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY FAULT. HOW DO YOU CANCEL SOMETHING YOU NEVER RECEIVED????
I have already upgraded in Wela but still can't log into the web. Why is my account still not confirmed but the money in my debit card account has already been deducted to the Wela. No one to which can solve my problem? I have sent emails about upgrading but yet to be confirmed by Wela until now while money from my debit card account has been deducted. Until now, i don't know where place yet to solve this problem. Many email was sent but still not any answer from wela.
