Almost the same happened to me, but diffrent. My ex liked me abit back then and i did too- so i asked her out and she said yes- we break up and said we could be friends afterwards- she barely said anything and went looking for someone else- and ignored me.

I realized she just toyed with my feelings when i wanted to reach out to her, and i just holded a burden for nothing.

Now i have a girl who cares, "One that i can call mine." I fell sorry for ya @lovaboialways07
