  • I think he should have the same outfit as the others. Maybe then he would fit in better. And please leave his beautiful hair alone.

  • The lttle girl in the blue is probably SUPER good now. She showed potential even at that early age!

  • lol so cute

  • I can see the cute aspect of this; but, that kid looks mortified to be there. I felt bad for him while watching this. It reminds me of some of the girlish activities my mom would try to push on me and the self-esteem damaging feelings that came with those situations. I'm concerned that other boys might act ignorantly and pick on him if they see this.

I hope that didn't sound too petty. Hopefully he ends up liking ballet and does well with it. But don't be too hard on him if he wants out.

  • James loved doing this - we're not big on gender roles and there's nothing sissy about ballet (have you never seen 'Fame'?). bear in mind he was only 5 when he was doing this and since then he has played a season of soccer and still hasn't had his hair cut..... and if you think that's turned him into an effeminate child, you havent seen him recently!

  • That's very well, congratulations.

  • He looks real impressed. My son isn't much better. I am fortunate with boys because I male.

  • hes cute he gets to hang out with all the girls!!! cute. bye the way i think he needs a hair cut

  • He should be happy he's sorrounded by girls LOL

  • your sons a ballerina too?

  • he's not a ballerina, he a danseur.

  • Wow!! that hair.. he's the coolest kid ever; hope he doesn't quit ballet...

  • Wow he has a lot of hair xD How cute.

  • Lets see a update..!! How is he going.?

  • cutie!

  • hahahahhah so funny

  • Is he still going i know most boys quit after a couple of lessons but if they stick with it they start to find it more interesting and hard work.

  • Look at that head of hair!

    is he ever cute!

  • Oh that is so cute. Give James some time. Pre Primary is tough for boys. Stork Walks are hard for anyone. Wait a bit try again at say Grade 1 or 2 level age 8-9 they have more fine motor then and do much better.
