thankyou so much ataana, for me personaly this video felt grounding and stabalising, and at the same time uplifting, yet remaining seated, for others it may be different but that was my experience, almost like clarity in the physical if that makes sense, great healing video, after so much 2012 hype it'll be interesting to see what actualy happens this year as well as the next 4-5 years, lets hope for the best, prepare for the worst, and take what comes.
