I went to this show. The next morning I woke up with a seriously sprained ankle. I think I got too drunk after the show. The wife was pretty pissed. Awesome show, the Rosemont Horizon show was equally as kick ass
David has not gone downhill. He is the best looking, hottest, and sexiest rocker of all time! And he is 50(ish). You should only look as good as him at your age. I saw the show 1st row and does he have a six pack? Oh yeah!
Sam's a good singer yes. But an amateurish songwriter at best, there's almost zero substance in the Van Hagar albums and zero substance in his solo stuff.
Dave has gone down hill, but it was still good to see him perform. I would have them end up with Mike and Sammy back in it, but I wouldn't want to risk another breakup, either. Either way, though, Van Halen was amazing in 2004 and in 2007, and should be in 2008 as well!!!(second Dave show for me!!!)

yes, it definitely needs Mike. al awesome performance either way, but Sammy certainly was Van Halen...just a different era. And he can perform all the Dave songs with more musical talent, and still puts more energy and life into it.

If there's any song Dave will have a hard time doing every night it's gonna be this one. He can't sing with that half screech anymore. Otherwise I think he's been sounding pretty damn good.
the sound was fine at indy on the 14th!! surpriseingly but as always when they play real big places like this they have.t to bring the equipment or you end up with sound sucking been there befor! !!!
It does sound better hear than it did live..obviously it was the sound system and/or building rather than the band at fault...ordered my tickets right away the morning they went on sale and ended up on the upper deck to the right of the stage..not a bad view except for the speaker blocking Eddie all night..thanks for the great clip bro!!
I thought so too. I was upper level complete side from Eddie. No speakers that direction. I guess it was my own fault for waiting 4 days to get tickets. And it was a section they did not plan on selling at first. Actually 1 section back behind.
The UC is much better than Allstate. Saw both shows. Outstanding sound stage side Eddie sec 333 at UC. Same issue with Rush. Allstate is best for circus.

The UC is much better than Allstate. Saw both shows. Outstanding sound stage side Eddie sec 333 at UC. Same issue with Rush. Allstate is best for circus.
