i have a pacemaker & never in my life have i had an exam like this...i realize this is a training video...but why do they train doctors like this if they don't all do a "by the book" exam? i wanted to see the female cardiovascular exam but the video ends just as it begins & of course i can't find it.
Many pitfall in the exam (ex jvp without tangential light is unthinkable)and sequence of exam is also not wright.(1-pulse 2-jugular vein exam 3-precordial exam -inspection palpation percussion and auscultation) otherwise pt get irritated and finding will also vary.

You never listen to heart sounds over the drape/cloth, but what do you do what it's a female? During the CSA exam you can't uncover the female patient so how would one auscultate the mitral area?
