Short Answer:

I hacked the game and changed the money

Long Answer:

After Completing the game I may have messed around with some of the monetary values so that I could afford every car and every house in the game, as I was curious as to how some cars handled to to see what each house looks like and how the GUI handled having all of that information, you could say I like to break apart games and study their mechanisms and this was one way of doing it.
