  • thats good for his age, im doing bodybuilding since 5 years and still i "only" do biceps curls with 17,5 kg(15clean reps) , but very slow and controlled

    AND i never go heavy on isolated exersises thats not their sense, asking someone about how much he curls is stupid

    you should better ask about someones benchpress, squat and deadlift

    in these exercises taking much weight makes sense, but taking much weight in isolated exerices like biceps curls is imo pretty senseless

  • @shadowx241 if you know how much do you weigh and how big are your biceps because I'm 130 lbs and I can do 15 kg for 6 my max is 17?

  • If you can't do over 8 then its too heavy.
