  • So when u get that feelin that means u r doin somethin when i did it i thought somethin was wrong i thought the acids n my stomach were stiring up lol but so far its great (my youtube personal trainer) ppl laugh at me when i tell em my trainer is on youtube lol (glad ur on here)

  • The jumpin is good cardio and the side leg lifts r good for the love handles but i dont think i can do the ones leanin on the side but i like all of em tho i guess i gotta practice great videos man

  • @datboikel08 Thanks....the jumping gets me everytime....if I do 50 of them and then do exercises after that I feel like I'm going to throw-up...thats when I know I'm working out good though

  • i know this doesn't relate to this video but what kind of shoes do you recommend wearing for outside and inside workout

  • @Choco2485 It depends on what type of workout your doing, most of the time I wear Jordan's because they are so comfortable....unless I'm running the track...then I wear tracks shoes....I have on track shoes in the video because I forgot to switch my shoes before the video
